Using a pinhole camera a student observes the image of two of his friends, standing in sunlight, wearing yellow and red shirt respectively. What will be the colours of the shirts in the image?

A pinhole camera is a special type of camera with a pin-sized opening to focus all light rays within the smallest possible area to obtain an image, as clearly as possible.

Pinhole camera does not change the colour of the image and it is same as that of the object. But, image formed is inverted and left - right reversed. Hence the colour of the shirts in the image will be their respective colours.
