(1) Draw a line segment $AB$ of length $7cm$

(2) Place your ${45}^o$ set square such that the corner of the set square is at the end of the line segment

(3) Holding the set square in place measure and draw a line$\left(7m\right)$ so that you have made a line and mark the point as $D$

(4) Expand the line segment $AB$ at $B$ and repeat the step-3 at $B$ and mark the point as $C$

(5) Join $CD$ thus a parallelogram of length of $7cm$ is formed
