We know that the slope of the displacement time graph gives us the velocity.
For first four seconds
<V1>=x2x1t2t1=4040 m/s

<V1>=1m/s

For next 4 seconds
<V2>=x3x2t3t2=4484 m/s

<V2>=0m/s

For last 6 seconds
<V3>=x5x4t5t4=061610 m/s

<V3>=1m/s
