summation of interior angles of a quadrilateral $={360}^{\circ }$

${46}^{\circ }+{26}^{\circ }+{38}^{\circ }+y={360}^{\circ }$

$y={250}^{\circ }$

But ,$x+y={360}^{\circ }$

$\therefore x={360}^{\circ }-{250}^{\circ }={110}^{\circ }$
