Open in App
Solution

To find the LCM of any Numbers, first we need to find the Prime Factors

26 212 218
332639
13333
1 1
Prime factors of 6 are 2×3Prime factors of 12 are 2×2×3Prime factors of 18 are 2×3×3

To find the LCM we take all the prime numbers that appear in prime factorisation of all the numbers, and then check for the highest power of those prime numbers, in the LCM we take the highest power of that prime number.

we have 2and3 as different prime numbers and the highest power of 2 is 2 and 3 is 2, so the LCM is 2×2×3×3=36

Hence the LCM is 36
