Draw an angle of $75°$ at A and cut an arc of $3.4cm$ from A to get point C.

Now join $A,B,C$ to get $△ABC$

Now draw the perpendicular bisector of $BC$ and bisect $\angle BAC$

Mark the point where the bisector meets as $I$

we caan clearly observed that point $I$ ias lies on the line $BC$.

Then obviously $\angle BIC$=180°.
