Solution

The correct option is A Mass spectrometer
The mass spectrometer is an instrument which can measure the masses and relative concentrations of atoms and molecules. In this method ionized atoms are made to pass through the perpendicular magnetic field. depending upon different charge to mass ratio, they makes circle of different radius. Which can help us to separate different isotopes.
while other method does not help to identify isotopes. Millikan's method is used to find the charge of an electron. The Mossbauer effect involves the emission and absorption of gamma rays from the excited states of a nucleus. and the superconductivity is the phenomenon of zero resistance occurring in certain materials when cooled below a certain temperature. so the last three options has nothing to do with isotopic nature of an atom.
