The correct option is D -2 and -2
2x3y=2 ------- (1)
5x6y=2------ (2)
From equation 1:
2x2=3y
y=2x23
Substitute the value of y in equation 2:
5x6y=2
5x6(2x23)=2
5x2(2x2)=2
5x4x+4=2
x=24
x=2
Now, Substitute x=2 in equation 1:
5x6y=2
5(2)6y=2
102=6y
6y=12
y=126=2
Therefore the solution is: x=2 and y=2
