$4 x^{2} - 4 \sqrt{3} x + 3 = 0$

$\Rightarrow (2 x + \sqrt{3})^{2} = 0$

$\Rightarrow 2 x + \sqrt{3} = 0$

$\Rightarrow x = - \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}$
