Using the identity ${(a + b)}^{2} = a^{2} + 2 a b + b^{2}$
To simplify ${(x^{2} + 5)}^{2}$ = $(x^{2})^{2} + 2 (x^{2} \times 5) + (5)^{2}$
= $x^{4} + 2 (5 x^{2}) + 25$
= $x^{4} + 10 x^{2} + 25$
