As C1 is forming 3 sigma bond and 1 pi bond. Thus pi bond is formed by using one of its porbital. The remaining p orbitals undergo hybridisation with S and form 3 hybrid orbitals which participate in sigma bonding. Thus hybridisation of C1 is sp2 and the geometry is trigonal planar.
