The correct option is D 8
We can put all of them in series or in parallel. So this 2 different resistance. Now take two of them at a time and place them in parallel and put them in series with the remaining one like the figure. This sort of permutation can be done in 6 ways. So the total no of different resistance can be made is 2+6=8.
