$A+B>C$

$B+C>A$

$A+C>B$

Here A=4, B=5 and C=8

$\Rightarrow 4+5>8$

$\Rightarrow 5+8>4$

$\Rightarrow 4+8>5$

$\therefore$ All the conditions are satisfied according to the theorm then the given side length will form a triangle.
