Using Zara's number cards (which are shown below), form the biggest number without repeating the digits.

Since it is a four digit number, its place value chart is as shown below.
Since the biggest number has to be formed, the digit in the thousands place is 9.
The second biggest number, i.e., 8 will come in the hundreds place.
The third biggest number, i.e., 7 will come in the tens place.
The smallest number, i.e., 2 will come in the ones place.
The number formed is 9872.
