Correct the following statements and rewrite them in your notebook.
If the sepals of a flower are joined together, its petals are also joined together.
If the sepals of a flower are joined together it is not necessary that petals must join together.
Petal is the colourful part of a flower which attracts insects and birds to it. Sepals are green leafy parts present under petals and protect the flower buds from damage. The pattern of arrangement of sepals and petals in a flower need not be same.
