$x^{2} + 9 x + 20$

We have,
Area of rectangle= $x^{2} + 9 x + 20$
$x^{2} + (5 + 4) x + 20 = x^{2} + 5 x + 4 x + 20 = x (x + 5) + 4 (x + 5) = (x + 5) (x + 4)$
$∴$ The possible length and breadth are (x+5) and (x+4).
