During a meristem culture some explants were kept in culture medium containing more of
auxins than cytokinins. Which organ of the plant is expected to differentiate from the cells?

Auxin and cytokinin are the plant hormones that are responsible for cell elongation and cell division leading to growth. However, because of the presence of more auxin, the meristem will differentiate into root primordium. If there was more cytokinin than auxin, it would have initiated shoot formation.
