The correct option is B $2$
$152 x - 378 y = - 74 . . . . . . (1)$
$- 378 x + 152 y = - 604 . . . . . . (2)$

adding both the equations
we get, $- 226 x - 226 y = - 678$
$⟹ x + y = 3 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (3)$
$∴ x = 2$
subtracting equation (2) from (1)
we get , $530 x - 530 y = 530$
$⟹ x - y = 1 . . . . . . . . . . . . . (4)$
adding (3) and (4)
$2 x = 4$
$x = 2$
