Solution

The correct option is A Gymnosperms
Vegetative reproduction is a method of asexual reproduction in higher plants. It occurs through vegetative parts of plants, such as roots, stem, leaves and buds. It occurs in all higher plants except gymnosperms. Only few of gymnosperms undergo vegetative reproduction through bulbils. Bulbils are the fleshy buds which are produced in the axil of foliage leave at the place of axillary buds. When they are shed and fall on the ground, then they grow to form new plants.
Hence the correct option is C.
