The correct option is D $V_{c} > V_{w}$ but $V_{w} < V_{g}$
Vacuum is optically rarer medium as compared to water and glass. Velocity of light in rarer medium is more than in denser medium. Hence $V_{c} > V_{w}$ but $V_{w} < V_{g} .$
