At first will consider Left Hand Side $\left(LHS\right)=a–(-b)$

$$\begin{gathered} =118–(-125) \\ =118+125=243 \end{gathered}$$

Then considering Right Hand Side $\left(RHS\right)=a+b$

$=118+125=243$

On comparison $LHS$with $RHS$we get,

$LHS=RHS$

$243=243$
