B x=0 is a zero
D x=1 is not a zero
Given, s(x)=x2
Now, s(0)=(0)2=0 and
s(1)=(1)2=1
Clearly, s(0)=0 and s(1)0
x=0 is zero of given polynomial but x=1 is not a zero of the polynomial.

That is, option A and D is correct.
