What solutes contribute to the high osmotic pressure of interstitial fluid in the renal medulla?

The high osmotic pressure of the interstitial fluid in the renal medulla is due to reabsorption of certain solutes from the urine. Mainly Na+ CI and urea are reabsorbed which increases osmotic pressure of the interstitium.
