Correct the following statements and rewrite them in your notebook.
If the petals of a flower are joined together, then the pistil is joined to the petal.
If the petals of a flower are joined together, then it is not necessary that the pistil is joined to the petal.
The innermost part of a flower is called the pistil. It is the female part of flower and consists of stigma, style, and ovary. Petal is the colourful part of a flower which attracts insects and birds to it. If the petals of a flower are joined together, it is not necessary that the pistil is joined to the petal.
