Let the numerator and denominator of the fraction be x and y, respectively.Sum of numerator and denominator =15 x+y=15 x=15-y ...(1) According to the question , y=3+2x ...(2) Substituting eq (1) in eq (2) we get: y=3+2× 15-y y=3+30-2y3y=33y=11Substituting y=11 in eq (1) we get: x=15-11x=4 Hence, the fraction would be 411.
