Victor is a casual worker and is under-employed, though not completely unemployed. He is not being able to find a job according to his capabilities and willingness and therefore even after two hours of work in a day he remains jobless for the rest of the day.

He can do other part-time jobs like those of delivery man, waiter in a restaurant, etc till he finds a regular wage employment suiting his education and skills.
