Let Roshan's C.P. be $p$ rupees.
Profit $=15\%$ of $p=\frac{3}{20}p$
S.P. $=p+\frac{3}{20}p=\frac{23}{20}p$
Profit $\%$ on S.P.
$=(\frac{3p}{20}\times \frac{20}{23p}\times 100)\%=\left(\frac{300}{23}\right)\%$

Let S.P. of each be $x$ rupees. Then
$\left(25\%\text{of}x\right)-\left(\frac{300}{23}\%\text{of}x\right)=275$
$\Rightarrow \frac{275}{23}x=27500$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{27500\times 23}{275}=2300$
$\therefore$ Selling price is $2300$ rupees.
