In this question, the shadow of both the persons are given i.e. Vinod's shadow is 10 feet long and Pramod's shadow is 12 feet long.
If any one of the two persons height is given then we can find another persons height.
As we have asked to answer the height of Pramod, Vinod's height should be provided.
In statement I, Vinod's height is given.
So, we can determine the height of Pramod.
Thus, only Statement I is sufficient to answer the problem.
