When white light enters the earth's atmosphere it is scattered and red, yellow, and green wavelength combines and passes straight through the atmosphere to our eyes.
Whereas blue and violet colors are scattered in the sky due to their short wavelength.
Human eyes are not sensitive to violet as they have high frequency and therefore we can see the sky as blue.
Hence, the scattered blue and violet light dominate the entire sky blue because some of the violet light is absorbed by the upper atmosphere and our eyes are comparatively lesser sensitive to violet than that of blue color.
