K2Cr2O7+6FeSO4+7H2SO4Cr2(SO4)3+3Fe2(SO4)3+K2SO4+7H2O

Valency factor of K2Cr2O7=6

And the valency factor of FeSO4=1
Now, EqK2Cr2O7=EqFeSO4
6×0.1×V=35×0.5

V=175/6=29.1ml
