Solution

Given:
Volume of a cuboid =12 cm3

Let the length, breadth and height of cuboid be a,b and c respectively

Volume of cuboid
= length ×breadth × height

a× b× c=12 cm3

According to the question,

New length =2a

New breadth =2b

New height =2c

Volume of new cuboid (V)=2a×2b×2c

=8abc

=8×12

=96 cm3

Hence, (d) is the correct option.
