By charle's law,
$\frac{V_{1}}{T_{1}} = \frac{V_{2}}{T_{2}}$ or $V_{2} = \frac{V_{1} T_{2}}{T_{1}}$
Here, $T_{1} = 273 + 17 = 290 K$ and $T_{2} = 273 + 47 = 320 K$
