The correct option is D $6$ hours

We know that, $V=\frac{D}{T}$.......(i), where $V=$ usual speed, $D=$ distance and $T=$ usual time.

As given in question, $V\times \frac{3}{4}=\frac{D}{T+2}$.......(ii)

Solving (i) and (ii), we have

$\frac{D}{T}\times \frac{3}{4}=\frac{D}{T+2}$

$\Rightarrow T=6$ hours
