Solution

During water cycle water converts between the three states - liquid: water as rain, gaseous: water vapor and solid as snow. Water evaporates and converts from liquid to gaseous state. Water vapor then form clouds and fall down as rain when it converts from gaseous state to liquid. When temperatures are low water vapor form snow and converts from gaseous to solid state.
