Since, volume of pipe filled is constant, so inflow rate = outflow rate.

Volume of water flown in 1 second = (227×72×72×200)cm3= 7700 cm3
[Since, volume of cylinder πr2h

Volume of water flown in 10 minutes = (7700 × 60 ×10) cm3

= (7700×60×101000) litres [Since, 1 litres=1000 cm3]

=4620 litres
