Given 1 cm3 of water enters per second through A
A1V1=1cm3s
Taking Area in cm2 and velocity in cms
Also, Area of cross section at A = 4 mm2
1cm=10mm
4mm2=4100cm2
4100×VA=1
VA=1004=25cms
Also from equation of continuity,
AAVA=ABVB
4100×25=2100×VB
VB=50cms
