The correct options are
A

Flow in both the tubes are steady.


B

Flow in both the tubes are turbulent.


C

Flow is steady in A but turbulent in A.


Now as you see clearly that flow rate is more in the tube B. So it may happen that both the flows are steady.

It may also happen that both the flows are unsteady.

But it will never happen that flow in B is steady but A is unsteady whereas vice-versa is possible. Because as stated previously, Flow rate in tube B > A.
