Water is discharged at the speed of 5m/s=500 cm in 1 second

So, in 1 min $\Rightarrow 500\times 60=30000cm$

So, height $=30000cm$

So, volume of water discharged in 1 sec, $V=\pi r^{2}h$

$V=3.2\times 30000$

$V=96000c{m}^3$

Now, $1000c{m}^3=1litre$

So, $V=96000c{m}^3=\frac{96000}{1000}Litre=96litre$
