We can equate the volume of water flow out from pipe to the volume of water in the rectangular tank.

Volume of water flow out from pipe = πr2 (flow of water) t

Volume of water in the rectangular tank = 50 m × 44 m × 21 cm.

227×(7cm)2×1500000cm/hr×t =5000 cm×4400 cm×21 cm
