The correct option is B 1 hour 40 min
The cistern is in cylindrical shape.
Volume of a cylinder =πR2h

Radius of cistern =102m=5m
Hence, volume of the cistern =π×5×5×2m3

Radius of pipe =202cm=10cm=10100m=110m
Since the pipe is cylindrical in shape, Volume =π(Radius)2×height

Here, height is considered as the distance traveled =3km=3000m.
Hence, volume of water coming out of pipe in one hour =π×(110)2×3000m3

Now, time taken to fill the cistern =Volume of the cisternVolume of water coming out of pipe in one hour
=π×5×5×2π×110×110×3000=53 hours
=1 hour +23 hours =1 hour +23×60 min =1 hour 40 minutes
