Interal diameter (2r1)=8×103 m
r1=4×103 m
V1=0.4 ms1
velocity below 2×103 m
V2=u2+2as
V22=v21+2gs
V22=(0.4)2+(2×10×2×103)
V2=0.45 ms1
Now
A1V1=A2V2
0.4×(π×4×103×4×103)=0.45×(π×r2)
