Volume of the reservoir
$$=108\;m^3$$
$$=108\times1000$$ litres
$$=108000$$ litres

$$\therefore$$ Time taken to fill the reservoir
$$=\displaystyle\frac{108000}{60\times60}hours=30\;hours$$.
