Solution

Dear Student,

The water molecule are hydrogen bonded which exhibits different bonding force under different states namely solid, liquid and gas.

In solid state of Ice hydrogen bonding is stronger while in liquid state its weak and in gaseous state shows weak vanderwaals force. Hence the strength of bonding force varies with different state of the material.
