The relation between height of water column in capillary tube and radius of capillary tube is

h=2Tcosθrρg

h=2Tcosθrρg or r=2Tcosθhρg

Here, T=75×103 N/m and h=3 cm,ρ=1000 kg/m3,θ=0,g=10 m/s2

r=2×75×103×cos03×102×103×10m

=5×104 m=0.5 mm
