We all know that Hydrogen has 1 proton and 1 elecron and no neutron.As per rule proton and electron attracts each other so why electorn rotate aroun proton ? why they dont get stick to each other ?

If proton and electron stick with each other they will destroy each other and atom will be highly unstable. But practically atom is stable particle. To explain this, scientists proposed that the electron may rotate around nucleus to escape from the attractive force of nucleus. By continuous rotation the electron will override the attractive force of nucleus.
