We already know the rule for the pattern of letter L,C and F. Give us the same rule as that given by L. Which are these? Why does this happen?

Open in App
Solution

Lets identify the rule for L:

for 1 L=2=2×1 matchsticks.

for 2 L=4=2×2 matchsticks.

for 3 L=6=2×3 matchsticks.

.

.

For n number of L's =2×n=2n matchsticks..

So, the rule for pattern of L is 2n.

Similarly, the rule for pattern of C is 3n

the rule for pattern of F is 4n

Here, n is a natural number.

The letters T and V have the pattern 2n.

Since 2 matchsticks are used in all these letters.
