we are able to see objects after light is reflected on them but our eyes have a lens in them meaning there is some sort of refraction going on. so do we see objects due to reflection or refraction?

Solution

Dear Student,

We are able to see objects when light reflected from the object reaches our eyes (reflection). This reflected light reaches the eye lens and then refraction occurs and image is formed on the retina of the eye. hence, we are able to see due to both the phenomenons.
