We can see objects when light reflects and fall on our eyes. Why can't wall act as a mirror since it also reflects light and fall on our eyes?

Solution
The light actually reflects off the surface and strikes our eyes and thus enables us to see the object. So when light reflects off the wall and strikes our eyes, we can see the wall.
But what happens in the case of a mirror is that the surface of the mirror is very smooth and symmetric and therefore the rays that come to the mirror are reflected off it completely without any irregularities. Thus we can see the objects placed in front of the mirror.
From the surface of the mirror regular reflection takes place because it is very smooth but from the surface of the wall irregular reflection takes place and only regular reflection is responsible for the formation of the image.
