Solution

An interaction of one object with another object results in a force between the two objects .

In other words, A force will arise due to interaction between two objects. If there is no interaction between two objects , no force can show it's effect.

At least two objects must interact for a force to come into play. Thus, an interaction of one object with another object results in a force between the two objects and no physical contact is necessary.
