Technically speaking, weighing machines should measure your weight, which is the force of attraction due to gravity between you and the Earth.
At zero gravity places we can get our mass by weighting machine. Also weight is variable as g is variable at different planets,but mass always is constant. Mass of the body is a large body of matter with no definite shape while weight of the object is basically taken as force on the object due to gravity.
